The mission of Mental Health
Mental Retardation of Tarrant County (MHMRTC) is to help the people of Tarrant County
overcome the problems associated with mental illness, mental retardation, autism,
addictive behaviors, and early childhood developmental delays by ensuring the availability
of quality services.
