Bidder Selection
The Purchasing Department maintains a database of prospective
bidders. The database is updated periodically in order to maximize competition and
to identify new suppliers in the marketplace. Purchases under $10,000 do not require
formal sealed bids, and the Purchasing Department staff may request price quotes
by telephone, followed by written confirmation.
Suppliers who wish to do business with MHMRTC are required to complete a Bidder/Vendor
Application for consideration as an addition to the database. Applications are available
from the Purchasing Department and are mailed upon request. Submit your request
