Open Bids
Purchases over $10,000 require that sealed bids be obtained
from qualified suppliers. MHMRTC places formal bid advertisements in publications
of general distribution such as the Fort Worth Commercial Recorder. As a local unit
of government, all purchases must be in accordance with all applicable Texas state
laws, rules and regulations.
Harris / Tarrant County Clinical Software
MHMRA of Harris County and MHMR of Tarrant County seek to put in place a comprehensive
integrated system solution that completely addresses all operational aspects for
the clinic and community based, emergency, residential, inpatient, and long term
care service areas operated by the Agencies, as well as the requirement for the
solution to operate and be maintained in the Texas regulatory environment. It is
anticipated that the selected vendor(s) will establish a contractual relationship
with both Agencies.
