When are Board Meetings

Board Meetings are held on the last Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Moncrief Board Room, 4th floor, 3840 Hulen. A Board Meeting is generally not held in the month of December.

Who can attend Board Meetings?

Board Meetings are held in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. Anyone can attend a Board Meeting.

How can I know what will be discussed at a Board Meeting?

The Board Agenda is posted at least 72 hours prior to a Board Meeting in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. An agenda is posted on the MHMR of Tarrant County website under Calendar of Events.

Can anyone speak at Board Meetings?

The Board has elected to allow members of the public to address the Board at the beginning of each meeting. Comments must be limited to no more than 5 minutes. In order to address the Board, you must complete a form at the registration table and turn it in to the Board Liaison seated at the front of the room next to the Board Chair. The Board Chair will ask you to speak at the appropriate time.
