Lee was living in a group home when he first discovered ABG
Fulfillment. Lee happened to grab a flyer about career and
employment opportunities for people with disabilities as a service
coordinator was passing them out. Not long after, Lee started his
job at ABG Fulfillment.
As soon as he began working, Lee
was trained in packaging, recycling,
shredding, and other employment
skills. As Lee continued to develop his
skills and to gain work experience, it
became obvious that he was a natural
leader. A dedicated ABG employee
for many years, Lee now mentors new
workers and teaches them the skills
that he was taught when he was a
With the help of ABG Fulfillment, Lee has developed the tools to
live a more independent life. He enjoys cooking dinners for other
residents at his group home, doing his own laundry, and using the
wages that he earns to purchase clothing and other personal items.
Lee loves his job. He gets along with his bosses, he likes working
with his colleagues, and he knows that his family values his work.
Most importantly, he gets to work every day at a job that he enjoys
and that makes him feel proud.
