What do I need to do to be a residential provider?

What is Service Coordination and what can they do for me?

If deemed appropriate through an intake interview, you or your family may be assigned a Service Coordinator. It is the responsibility of the Service Coordinator to assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring services that have been selected by the consumer.
