What do I need to do to be a residential provider?
We do not contract for residential providers, we only contract for Foster or Companion
Care providers. Please call MR Provider Services at 817/569-5600 if you are interested
in becoming a Foster or Companion Care Provider.

What is Service Coordination and what can they do for me?
If deemed appropriate through an intake interview, you or your family may be assigned
a Service Coordinator. It is the responsibility of the Service Coordinator to assist
in planning, coordinating, and monitoring services that have been selected by the
consumer.
