This is the central point of entry for all Mental Retardation
Services. This is where the initial screening for eligibility begins as well as
the determination and verification of mental retardation. Information can also be
provided here for available resources in the community, as well as services provided
in state schools, private, and public providers. Call

Eligibility
- Must live in Tarrant County
- Must be age 3 years or older
- Must have a diagnosis of mental retardation, autism, or pervasive developmental
disorder
- Must meet criteria for admission to the specific program
