Services. This is where the initial screening for eligibility begins as well as
the determination and verification of intellectual and developmental disabilities. Information can also be
provided here for available resources in the community, as well as services provided
in state schools, private, and public providers. Call

Eligibility
- Must live in Tarrant County
- Must be age 3 years or older
- Must have a diagnosis of intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, or pervasive developmental
disorder
- Must meet criteria for admission to the specific program
