Crisis Residential Services includes the Crisis Respite Unit as well as the Crisis Residential Unit for men and women.

Crisis Respite Unit (CRU) provides residential treatment for adults at risk of psychiatric crisis for up to seven days.
Crisis Residential Unit (CRU) provides residential care to adults who are experiencing crises that require a less
restrictive environment. It provides a safe environment for monitoring, group and individual counseling, and community re-integration
skills training for up to 30 days. Adults must be able to:
- Attend 6 hours of daily psychosocial programming
- Self administer medications and agree to be monitored
MHMR also operates an Adolescent Crisis Respite Unit
called CARE House.
