Peer Services
Peer Services provides a safe place to share your thoughts and feelings with others who understand what you are going through.
Our Certified Peer Specialists provide many services, including supported employment, recovery mentorship and modeling, life coaching, escorting people to their first appointments, meeting with first-time MHMR individuals for intake appointments and providing support in providing individual specific treatment. Peer Services also offers Mental Wellness and Recovery support groups.
MHMR hosts weekly group meetings across Tarrant County:

Individual peer sessions can be given to anyone receiving MHMR services through a case manager or by calling Peer Services.
MHMR Veteran Services also offer support groups. Mental Health America, a partner agency of MHMR, also provides peer support.
